Preview

Well, it’s really time to o something about my weight. Since I started to work a year ago I gained 30 pounds. So my New Year resolution is to do the right thing.
The truth is that I tried every existing diet in the market: “weight Watchers”, HMR, Jenny Craig …..
What I learned with the time is that I need a diet that gives me a menu, that states exactly what to eat, at what time, with a little bit of flexibility.
I decided to follow the “17 Day Diet”. My goal is to lose 30 pound. I promised to myself to post my weight every week, to post a full list of my menu and to discuss my difficulties every day.
