So, it took me two and a half month to push myself to start, a typical Dee time frame. I have to admit that I purchased HioHopAbs CD and I'm actually using it ( 3 days in a row). I can hardly move because I'm so sore from the workout but I'm very happy I did it. Initial weight is 222.5 and I hope to loose around 2 pounds a week at least a the beginning.
All what I have to do right now is avoid cookies, cakes and all my favorite sweets.

Preview
Well, it’s really time to o something about my weight. Since I started to work a year ago I gained 30 pounds. So my New Year resolution is to do the right thing.
The truth is that I tried every existing diet in the market: “weight Watchers”, HMR, Jenny Craig …..
What I learned with the time is that I need a diet that gives me a menu, that states exactly what to eat, at what time, with a little bit of flexibility.
I decided to follow the “17 Day Diet”. My goal is to lose 30 pound. I promised to myself to post my weight every week, to post a full list of my menu and to discuss my difficulties every day.
